1. Return Window Customers have 3 days from the time of delivery to request a return or exchange for any of our products (honey, oil, dry fish, or superfoods).
2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product was damaged during delivery.

The product is expired or near expiration.

The wrong item was delivered.

The product has a quality issue (e.g., unusual smell or texture).
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +880 1827-722188 or email us at info@susthojibon.com. Please provide your order number and a photo of the product issue.
4. Refunds Once we verify the issue, we will process your refund. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be sent via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 3-7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), Sustho Jibon will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our office in Chattogram.
